Please Note: In-person training fees are refundable only if canceled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled training date. By attending our in person training, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Attendance confirms full participation and renders the training non-refundable. Disputes submitted to your credit card company after attendance will be considered a breach of these terms. Trainings hosted by Smiley Aesthetics featuring guest educators (e.g., Julie Horne) are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
