Groups of two or up to five receive more individualized training with more hands-on opportunity. Special attention given to your current situation and where you want to focus with the current state of your business, whether new or established.
Please Note: In-person training fees are refundable only if canceled more than 21 days before the scheduled training date and only if no course materials have been accessed. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 2.94% of the purchase price, which covers our non-recoverable payment-processing and enrollment-administration costs.
If you cancel 21 days or fewer before your training date, or once you attend the training or access any course materials, the purchase is final and non-refundable. By attending our in-person training, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Attendance confirms full participation and renders the training non-refundable. Disputes submitted to your credit card company after attendance will be considered a breach of these terms.
Trainings hosted by Smiley Aesthetics featuring guest educators (e.g., Julie Horne) are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation timeframe. This is also true of any DIGITAL training product, such as webinars. Due to the nature of these exclusive events, all sales are final once registration is complete.
