This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Smiley Aesthetics Training platform. Please read the section that applies to your purchase type.

Business Document Library Suites

Please Note: Due to the nature of digital document libraries, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon purchase you receive immediate access to a complete library of customizable business, compliance, and operations documents. Because delivery of the full digital product occurs at the time of purchase, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted, regardless of whether individual documents have been downloaded or reviewed. Disputes submitted to your credit card company after access has been granted will be considered a breach of these terms.

In-Person & Hands-On Training

In-person training fees are refundable only if canceled more than 21 days before the scheduled training date and only if no course materials have been accessed. All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 2.94% of the purchase price, which covers our non-recoverable payment-processing and enrollment-administration costs.

If you cancel 21 days or fewer before your training date, or once you attend the training or access any course materials, the purchase is final and non-refundable. By attending our in-person training, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Attendance confirms full participation and renders the training non-refundable. Disputes submitted to your credit card company after attendance will be considered a breach of these terms.

Trainings hosted by Smiley Aesthetics featuring guest educators are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation timeframe. Due to the nature of these exclusive events, all sales are final once registration is complete.

Digital Training Products (Webinars & Recordings)

All digital training purchases — including webinars and recorded courses — are final and non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, no refunds will be issued once a link or recording has been delivered.

Payments & Administrative Fees

Refund Policy: In the rare event a refund is approved at our discretion (e.g., duplicate charge or technical failure preventing access), a non-refundable administrative processing fee of 2.94% of the amount paid applies, covering our non-recoverable payment-processing costs.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest such disputes with documentation of your agreement to this policy at the time of purchase.
